The 2026 VIC 150 heads to Wyncity Keon Park in Thomastown, Victoria this weekend – the second stop on the 2026 TBA Women’s Division nationally ranked season and one of the most celebrated events on the women’s calendar.

Now in its 41^st edition, the VIC 150 returns to the Easter long weekend in a new home at Wyncity Keon Park, where it runs alongside the Australian Open. A full field of 56 bowlers is set to compete across Scratch and Graded divisions across three action-packed days.

Samantha Clifton has developed a pattern of strong performances at this event. After leading qualifying in 2025 before finishing just outside the medals, the New South Wales bowler returns with plenty of motivation. Her firepower and confidence after notching up a title in the Youth Division at the same venue last week makes her a genuine finals threat.

The Co-Champions Format

For those new to the VIC 150, its finals format is unlike anything else on the ranked event calendar. The top 10 scratch and top 10 graded qualifiers pair up in a snake draft – 1^st scratch with 10^th graded, 2^nd with 9^th, and so on – before combining for nine intense matchplay games on Sunday. Graded bowlers are re-averaged ahead of finals, and bonus pins (20 for a win, 10 for a draw) add another strategic layer. The pairing with the highest combined pinfall is crowned Co-Champions, meaning the graded qualifier is just as central to victory as the scratch leader.

Format

Day 1 – Friday 3 April

• B Squad checks in by 1:00PM
• Bowlers play 8 games from 1:30PM

Day 2 – Saturday 4 April

• B Squad warm-up from 7:20am.
• Bowlers play 8 games from 7:30am, completing all 16 games of qualifying.

At the conclusion of qualifying, the top 10 bowlers on pinfall advance in the Scratch Division, and the top 10 on pinfall with handicap advance in the Graded Division.

Day 3 – Sunday 5 April

• Strict check-in at 10:00am
• Top 10 pairs bowl 9 games of matchplay from 10:30am. Presentations commence at the conclusion of all games.
