2025 AGM – Director Nominations & Notices of Motion Now Open

Nominations for Directors and submission of Notices of Motion are now open for the upcoming Tenpin Bowling Australia Limited (TBA) Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Wednesday, 16 April 2025.
Director Nominations
Under Section 9 (Directors) of the TBA Constitution, there is one (1) Director position open for election.
All TBA Directors are required to:
✔ Hold a current Working with Children Check
✔ Undergo a Police Check
✔ Complete the Australian Sports Commission Director Education course (free, online)

Notices of Motion
Notices of Motion for inclusion as special business at the AGM are now open. Forms can be requested by contacting the TBA Office at 07 3262 4455 or via email at [email protected].
Submission Deadline
The deadline for submitting Director Nominations and Notices of Motion is Monday, 17 March 2025, at 5:00 PM AEST.
How to Attend the TBA AGM
📅 Date: Wednesday, 16 April 2025
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM AEST
💻 Format: Virtual (Microsoft Teams/Zoom)
The AGM will be conducted virtually, with the eight (8) members of Tenpin Bowling Australia Ltd invited to attend. Additionally, current TBA registered participants may join as observers.
To attend, members must register by completing the AGM Attendance Form via the green button below. The form must be submitted by close of business on the 26 March 2025.
Meeting details will be emailed to registered attendees before the AGM.
