Team Australia entered the final day of the 2025 IBF World Seniors Championships with nine medals already packed and seven Aussies still in the hunt for more as the Masters event reached its dramatic conclusion.

Three steps remained- and with every match a knockout, the stage was set to decide the final champions of Reno 2025.

After two steps on Day 5, bowlers returned to complete the final three elimination steps. The format remained the same: head-to-head matchplay, best of three games – win two and move on, lost and it’s over.

Four Aussies advances to Step 4, each just two wins away from a shot at Masters gold. The competition intensified as the final four in each division faced off for a place in the championship match.

Despite valiant performances across the board, Australia’s charge would end here – buut not without reward.

Final Reflections

Four bronze medals were added to Australia’s collection – capping an extraordinary campaign in Reno that showcased consistency, teamwork, and resilience across every division.
