Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Oversight: Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure the TenpinSA’s financial health and sustainability.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase participation, membership, and public awareness of tenpin bowling events and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Board members to support fundraising, sponsorships, and overall strategic goals.
- Advisory Role: Provide expertise and recommendations on financial management and marketing tactics to enhance organisational growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Finance Experience: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting.
- Marketing Know-How: Proven track record in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Passion for Tenpin Bowling: A genuine interest in the sport, with an eagerness to promote its growth and success.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
