Australia through to Men’s Team final at World Youth Championships

Australia’s men have progressed to the Men’s Team final at the 2026 IBF World Youth Championships in Kuching, Malaysia.
What a performance from the Australian men, who have won their semi-final to book a place in the gold medal match at the 2026 IBF World Youth Championships in Kuching.
Australia defeated the United States of America in a best-of three game battle in a sweep!
- Game 1 – Australia defeated USA 246-234
- Game 2 – Australia defeated USA 197 to 187
The semi-final victory places Team Australia in the gold medal match, to be contested on Monday, 6 July against the Czech Republic who also defeated Qatar 2 games to 0.
