TBA REGISTRATION
If you bowl in a TBA-registered centre, league, or competition, you’ll need to become a registered participant of Tenpin Bowling Australia.
Registration connects you to the national governing body, provides essential insurance coverage, and ensures you’re eligible for events, awards, and recognition for your achievements on the lanes.
All registrations are securely managed through PLAYHQ, our trusted sport management platform.
PRODUCTS & COST
Simple! There are two options based on age of the participant.
ADULT
Defined as a league bowler who has reached the age of 18 years old by January 1 of the year registering.
Standard Registration is valid from
1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026
Mid-Year Registration is valid from
1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026
EARLY BIRD: $80
STANDARD RATES: $85
MID-YEAR RATES: $60
JUNIOR
Defined as a league bowler who has not reached the age of 18 years old by January 1 of the year registering.

Mid-Year Registration is valid from

Mid-Year Registration
TBA registration operates on a calendar-year basis from 1 January to 31 December.
For bowlers joining, returning, or registering from mid-year, TBA offers a Mid-Year Registration option valid from 1 July to 31 December 2026.
Mid-Year Registration fees are:
Junior: $50
Adult: $60
This option is designed to support bowlers who begin league bowling, return to the sport, or take part in recognised TBA activities during the second half of the calendar year.
Mid-Year Registration is valid from 1 July to 31 December 2026. It is not a rolling six-month registration from the date of purchase.

TBA is the only body recognised by the Australian Sports Commission to govern tenpin bowling nationally. By registering through TBA, you are formally part of the same structure as every other sport in the country.
