February 24, 2026

Tenpin bowling is a sport for all Australians, governed nationally by Tenpin Bowling Australia (TBA), the recognised National Sporting Organisation (NSO). The National Disability Tenpin Bowling Championship for Persons with a Disability (National Disability Championship) is delivered by Australian Disabilities Tenpin Inc (ADTI), a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing competitive opportunities for bowlers with a disability.

The National Disability Championship is an annual event attracting over 350 bowlers from all states and territories and is one of the largest single sporting events for people with a disability in Australia.

The Championship is currently a 10 day tournament, open to all bowlers registered with TBA with a disability, from beginners to elite.

ADTI, together with TBA, is exploring opportunities to improve the experience for all bowlers, secure national and corporate recognition, while ensuring the Championship maintains its reputation, is valued, inclusive, accessible and is viable for the future.

We invite you to participate in this short survey, providing your input to guide us in delivering the future of tenpin bowling for people with a disability. Please be assured the survey is confidential, and your responses will be used to improve the Championship experience.
